Sintered porous metal filter cartridges
Multi-layer filter cartridges for compressed gas, hydraulic fluid, polymer melt, and high-temperature process gases. Our 150–250 mesh range covers the coarse support layer through the fine filtration layer.
PTFE membrane-laminated filter cartridges
Stable, sub-spherical morphology gives the laminated PTFE membrane a uniform porous substrate, improving back-pulse durability and dust release in pulse-jet baghouses and food-grade filtration.

How the powder is made
- 01
Induction melting
Stainless steel feedstock and ferroalloys are blended to the target grade and melted under controlled atmosphere. Spectrometer chemistry verification before tap.

High-pressure water atomization
Molten metal stream broken up by high-pressure water jets, producing the irregular, cauliflower morphology preferred for sintered filters.
- 03
Drying & deoxidation
Vacuum drying followed by reducing-atmosphere treatment to control surface oxygen — typically below 3000 ppm for filter-grade product.
- 04
Multi-stage sieving
Mechanical sieving to deliver 150 mesh, 200 mesh, 250 mesh, or custom split. Magnetic separation removes any tramp ferromagnetic contamination.

QC & packaging
PSD on laser diffractometer, chemistry on OES, tap density per ASTM B527, oxygen on LECO. CoA issued per lot. Vacuum-sealed for export.
